SmartVoice makes these terms of service for the express purpose of preventing a user from reselling or commercializing the SmartVoice minutes to or from any destination. This product is intended for the sole use of Friends and Family to make contact by telephone. This product is not intended to allow any person to create a business using Smart Voice.

 

Term #1

Each user is entitled to make calls or receive calls that have a total talk time of 60 minutes per day.

• Any user may purchase an additional 20 minutes of talk time to be used on the date of purchase for $5.00.
• The additional purchase of 20 minutes will be allowed one time per month.

 

Term #2

Each account holder is entitled to have 4 Friends & Family that they can call or receive calls from during any 7 day period. This is in addition to the user. (4 + 1 = 5 in a Friends or Family Group.)

 

Term #3

Each account holder is entitled to remove only one member of their Friends & Family Group members per week.

 

Term #4

Each account holder is entitled to add only one member of their Friends & Family Group members per week.

 

Term #5

No user is entitled to resell or commercialize the SmartVoice minutes to or from any destination. Commercialization includes selling or bartering of the minutes in the package they have purchased for a monthly period.

• The first instance of commercializing or bartering of package minutes will lead to an immediate cancellation of the remaining days and minutes in the users package.
• The second instance of commercializing or bartering of package minutes will lead to an immediate cancellation of the remaining days and minutes in the users package AND blocking of the users telephone number so that they cannot purchase SmartVoice again.
